When clients sign up for our full management package, they receive 360˚ support from our office. Included in a monthly fee that avoids the add-on model that most property management companies use.

The only additional fees you’ll need to consider each month are for any maintenance work done in the unit, or any maintenance materials purchased. And you’ll always know about these charges in advance.

Our monthly fee is 8.33% of the gross rental income each month, plus HST.
